Shipping Info
When can I expect to receive my order?
All of our items are made to order, so after you place your order, we get to work creating your products. On average, your order should arrive at its destination in about one week. However, on rare occasions orders can take up to seven business days before being shipped.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
If you order multiple items, there is a chance they will ship separately because they are being created by different production partners. This would likely be the case if you order both a hat and a t-shirt. Because our hats are embroidered by a different company than the t-shirts, they will likely ship separately. The packages should arrive around the same day but there is a chance one could arrive a few days earlier than the other.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each of our items are made-to-order, we do not allow any returns or exchanges for items purchased on this website.
Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
If you feel you received the wrong item please email us the details and we will make sure you are sent the right items. If there is a noticeable defect to an item you ordered, please take a high quality photo and send us a description of the issue. If needed, we will send you a replacement.
